BrazilFest New Acropolis Toronto once again joined BrazilFest to promote culture and intercultural dialogue. On Sunday September 7th, various community groups and hundreds of festival-goers persisted through morning showers and insisted that the sun shine at Sunnyside Beach Pavilion; brilliant yellow, green and blue coloured the crowd, and a backbeat of live samba music filled the air.

As a cultural association very active in Brazil and with Canado-Brazilian associates in Toronto, we enjoyed inspiring encounters with many people sharing our love of culture as a force for generating happier and more harmonious societies.

BrazilFest New Acropolis Toronto is proud of its connection with Brazil: There are over 20 Nova Acropole centres actively serving the needs of communities throughout Brazil. With a network of thousands of volunteers engaged in the development of human values throughout 50 countries, New Acropolis is the living proof that away from the political and religious turf wars, it is possible to revive the noble ideal of Citizen of the World!
