Learn To Concentrate Workshop

Concentration This workshop will introduce an approach of meditation and concentration inspired by Tibetan Buddhism. It is both simple and efficient if you give yourself the challenge to go through each step.

We will aim to go to the essential, identify irritating factors and everything that scatters us on a regular basis. From there we will be able to encounter true concentration that makes us calm, stable and adapted to each situation.

A few observations about our modern life:

  • Tiredness and quick saturation of the mind
  • Constant feeling of being overwhelmed and overloaded
  • Difficulty to organize well our days
  • Exhaustion from responding to urgent requests and changing tasks
Advantages of knowing how to concentrate:
  • Maintain emotional calmness
  • Efficiency in our work and responsibilities
  • Maintain vision and creativity in difficult conditions
  • Discern the essential from the superficial
  • Demonstrate clarity of thought and expression
  • Healthy self-assertiveness
A few simple and practical advice to use immediately:
  • Recognize the emotional state in which we are (confused emotions distort perception)
  • Observe our thoughts and choose appropriate ones
  • Notice any scattered state
  • Learn to make the necessary concentration effort
  • Persevere - the motto is : repeat, repeat, repeat
It is a matter of investing in ourselves to discover our abilities and inner qualities. These strengths will make you recognized as a reliable, calm, balanced, and efficient individual.
